Washed overboard in the North Sea!

Roy Muir has spent almost his entire working life at sea.  These days he is retired and lives aboard his sailing yacht with partner Jane.  Roy has more than a few good tales to tell, including surviving being washed overboard in the notoriously freezing North Sea.
